Shurland Dale Holiday Park can be found on the Isle of Sheppey, a small island just off the North coast of Kent. The park is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and beautiful countryside so there is plenty to see and do during your stay at the Park.

During the day you could take a dip in the indoor swimming pool or even participate in some of the Water Resorts activities, watch the kids playing games on the sports field or having fun in the adventure playground.

There are also plenty of Sparky’s Krew activities throughout the day to keep the youngsters entertained ranging from Club breakfast, mini beast safari where the kids get to explore the park for wildlife such as bugs and beetles, parachute adventure which is fun and games under a playtime parachute, spy school to fancy dress parties, discos and even talent shows. So whilst the kids are entertained at the Kid’s club you can have a bit of ‘R and R’ time to yourself.

Should you not want to cater for yourself there is the café and takeaway food bar as well as the Boathouse Tavern where you can have a meal and enjoy the evening’s entertainment which is relaxed during the week and includes live shows at weekends and during the busier peak weeks.

If you do decide to venture outside of the park then make sure that you take a trip to Diggerland in Strood where the family can have fun, learn all about different types of construction trucks from dumper trucks to diggers and even have a go and driving some yourself round the track.

Or take a trip to Howletts Wild Animal Park, a 90 acre site where you can see the largest herd of African elephants in the UK, walk through the lemur enclosure and see many other rare and endangered species. More caravan park holidays in Kent
